Digital assets are important for any organization. I’ve had the opportunity to work on a variety of brands from large to small. In each case the standards remained the same. Keep the file sizes down, maintain brand standards and make sure everything is tested / reviewed. I have a background in digital asset creation, management and asset review.
Production
My background in digital asset production involves wire-framing, design in an adobe product (illustrator, photoshop, ect.), photo editing, color correction, font selection, CTA placement, file size adjustments, asset sizing for different ad placements and maintaining brand standards.
Management
My background in digital asset management involves folder structure, bundle compression and template creation. I’ve worked with large stock photography assets, maintained assets for organizations and image tagging for quick searches.
Review
My background in digital asset review involves testing and proofing text. Work I’ve done the past involved reviewing assets created by the production team before handing off to the client. I made sure files were appropriately sized, brand standards were maintained and everything was spelled correctly.
Brand standards & guidelines
Keeping digital assets aligned with a company's brand standards and assuring the highest quality asset is a skillset that I've used a lot in my career. Below is an example I put together for a former client: United Vacations.
Client: United Vacations
All of the photography for United Vacations needed to be "Journey" style images. Journey style images meant the image had to convey a sense of forward movement. There were other factors that also needed to be followed like: use of people, looking at the camera, certain angles, color hues and much more. My role on the brand was to find digital assets from stock photography websites to match that criteria. The approved assets were used in the various digital ads used for the marketing team.
Assets created for United Vacations client had specific details to meet brand standards along with added requirements for web optimization. I created the digital assets for all of the ad placements for the brand. The assets were reviewed and approved by the client.

Production: United Vacations template optimization
In order to increase productivity, I created a templated system for United Vacations digital asset system. The templates were created in Photoshop and it sped up the asset creation process by constricting certain design elements to be more plug and play. The result was a more generic design but it remained consistent with brand standards and allowed for quick edits and increased productivity.
